If you are not happy with your purchase or you wish to exchange it for a different size (if available) or colour of the same item, you may return it to us at any time within 14 days of its receipt for a refund or 35 days in the case of orders delivered outside of the UK.
After that time we are unable to accept returns of any item(s). Also products must be returned in their original and perfect condition, unused and undamaged, together with the original packaging. We may reduce any refund due to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the product due to how you have handled / returned it.

Please also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you have returned the products, detailing what those products are and if you are wishing to exchange the item for another one, what colour or size you wish to receive in its place. Please include details of your order to help us identify it. We will send you an email to confirm we have received your notification of return. If you return a product by post, you will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us and obtain proof of posting. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
If you are returning the item to exchange it, we will contact you if we are temporarily out of stock of the replacement and process a refund for the item.
We will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the product back.
We will usually refund any money due to you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. It can take up to 14 days, after the product has been received by us, to you receiving your refund to your account.
If you ordered more than one item in your order which were delivered together but return only some, you will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charge as our delivery charges are charged at a flat rate per order and not by weight. Otherwise we will refund the original delivery charges (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be in sterling and in the case of purchase made from outside the UK may therefore not equate exactly to the amount you paid owing to fluctuations in exchange rates.
If your order was supplied with a receipt, order confirmation or delivery note and you are unable or fail to include it with the returned item, we will not make a refund but will issue you with a credit note to the value of the current selling price.
If the item you are returning was purchased using a credit note, you will be refunded by way of a new credit note.
If you are returning a gift and do not have a receipt, order confirmation or delivery note, we will refund you with a credit note to the value of the current selling price.
